Water park Picnics

When the sun is beating down, water is an essential way to stay cool and enjoy the day. Pack a great lunch and head to Highland park (water park). Conduct water slide races, sprinkler high jump competitions and bobbing for water toys. Picnics aren’t just about food – they are about the setting, the activities and the friends and family.

Again, the food isn’t the most essential part of a children’s park picnic – it’s all about the activities your family engages in. The menu can be simple – sandwiches, drinks and snacks . Be sure to bring plenty liquids to keep everyone hydrated. Pack fun stuff – Frisbees, bubbles, kites, motorized airplanes, a football and whiffle ball set. Between swinging, sliding and monkeying around on the monkey bars, add in those activities you brought. Invite the other park goers to join your game - the more the merrier. Bring a large blanket, and maybe even an air mattress and pillows so you have a comfortable seating arrangement. Don’t just let your kids have the fun – you can join in as well. It’s a refreshing way to spend the day, and will bring back great childhood memories.

While the above suggestions are fun ways to make a picnic a great memory – don’t just go by them – make your own themes based on the specific likes of your family and friends. You can’t go wrong with a picnic, and it’s a great way to appreciate all you have.
